 How Does It Work?
The vertically sliding motorized door is electronically activated by a small sensor which is easily and comfortably attached to your pet's collar. the distance sensitivity and the door's opening time can be adjusted at your discretion as the pet becomes familiar with the door. The door is also compatible with electronic fences.


Quality Manufacturing
This attractive door is made of bronzed, transparent lexan and framed in sturdy, dark black, anodized aluminum. The interior trim plate is made of white textured acrylic which can be painted if desired. You may also order black interior trim. The exterior trim is black to conceal dirt.


Power Supply
All Solo Pet Doors operate on 115 volts of power. A power cord comes with each door. (Note: Doors are also available for hard wiring during construction phase or for wall installations.)


Adjustable Sensor
The magnetic sensors come in two sizes and require no batteries. One is a little larger than a sugar cube for smaller pets and the larger sensor is approximately half the size of a matchbox. They come with clips and can be easily attached to your pets collar. If you own several pets only those with a sensor attached can open the door allowing pets with no sensor to remain safely inside. The door can be activated from 0 to 5 feet away and can remain open from 1 to 5 seconds. As your pet becomes familiar with the door it will require less time to navigate the opening, decreasing the risk of other pets escaping. Timing and sensitivity adjustments are mounted inside so that once set, it cannot be tampered with by guests.


It's a Lock
You can use the on/off switch if you want the door to remain closed and keep your pets inside.


Easy Installation
Solo Pet Doors can be easily installed in a wall or door. Designed to mount easily between the framing studs of your outside wall, Solo doors can be easily adapted to fit larger or smaller walls, patio and door applications. A 6-foot extension cord and on/off switch are included, but doors can also be hard wired from within the wall. Solo Doors can be easily installed by the homeowner, a handyman or contractor.
