"I want to thank you for the prompt response in shipping a replacement for my defective pet door motor.  I received the overnight shipment this morning, and I immediately installed the new motor which is working perfectly.

As a quality manager, I am very sensitive to the quality of products and services provided to me as a customer.  From your response in answering my pre-purchase questions and quality of the product to the after sales service, I am a completely satisfied customer.  Let me add that, in my experience, any product including those of high quality may become defective in some manner.  The real test of a quality supplier is how they respond to your after sales needs.  You have passed the test with flying colors!

As I mentioned in my phone call, we have three cats that live with us here at Barr Systems (software development company).  The Solo Pet Door gives them full-time access to and from the suite where my office is located. We have it plugged into a battery backup in case of power failure when the office is not staffed. The cats enjoy their freedom to come and go on our 25 acre campus, and we are no longer bothered by the raccoons who had figured out how to defeat our old magnetically activated flapper door. From our security cameras we observed the raccoons trying unsuccessfully in the middle of the night to gain entrance via the Solo door. After several nights of attempts, they are no longer coming around.
