From the main menu at the top of the website, just go to the order page for the product you want to order and complete the form, including shipping and payment information, and then press the "Submit Order" button. If everything was successful, you will get a "Thank you for your order" message and email.
This FAQ page is a list of the most frequently asked questions we have received. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly when placing the order. We cannot be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address. Contact us immediately when you detect the wrong address. If your order has already shipped, we can try to contact the shipper to change it, but if they cannot change the address, then the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will reship the item after receiving your correct shipping address and shipping payment.

Orders are processed into our system real-time and we quickly try to fulfill your order, so contact us immediately to see if we can accommodate the change. If there is any price difference, we will adjust or refund the amount charged to the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and sending us a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost merchandise in transit back to us. We recommend getting the shipping insurance.

Solo Pet Doors have a Limited One Year Warranty from the date of the purchase of the product to be free of manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials. Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer for this limited one year warranty to apply. In that case, the manufacturer will replace at no charge to the purchaser the defective part(s). No refunds will be provided to the purchaser. No service contract is being provided under this Limited One Year Warranty. Pet tags are not included in this warranty.
