Please make sure that you enter your address correctly when placing the order. We cannot be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address.

If your order has already shipped, we can try to contact the shipper to change it, but if they cannot change the address, then the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. Solo Pet Doors have a Limited One Year Warranty from the date of the purchase of the product to be free of manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials. Satisfactory proof of purchase must be provided to the manufacturer for this limited one year warranty to apply. In that case, the manufacturer will replace at no charge to the purchaser the defective part(s). No refunds will be provided to the purchaser. No service contract is being provided under this Limited One Year Warranty. Pet tags are not included in this warranty.
